So much to say about THE ASHLEY WAY! For starters, I had tried multiple programs prior to signing on with Ashley. Nothing ever felt personalized enough. I’ve had issues with my knees. Trouble committing to a workout schedule. From the first time we met to discuss my goals, I felt heard. Ashley went to work right away, creating workouts that were tailored to my needs and goals. The app is my favorite. Having everything in one place, being able to keep track of all my progress and being a part of such a supportive community has helped me tremendously in terms of accountability. One of my biggest challenges was finding the time and creating a rhythm for myself. Thanks to THE ASHLEY WAY I have achieved that ! I am so excited to continue with this program and find new ways to elevate my health and fitness through her coaching.

I am so grateful I was scrolling on IG and found The Ashley Way. Seeing the results her clients had inspired me, and I wanted the same results for myself! She has not only transformed my body (swimsuit season I’m comin’ for ya!) but also my mindset on health, fitness, and cookies! I have literally tried dozens of workout programs such as CrossFit, Insanity, Camp Gladiator, the list goes on! But nothing quite worked like The Ashley Way. She was there through every sweat drop and every meal prep. Ashley motivated me through the program which helped me push myself in the gym; it helped me in continuing to make smarter decisions when eating. I honestly did have a cheat meal (or two, or three) but she never judged me. She motivated me to keep shooting for my goals. The plan was specific to me, my needs , and my macros. Through all of this I was able to reach my first milestone. I lost 5 lbs, I feel stronger, and you should peep this booty (wink, wink). Although my plan has ended, The Ashley Way has provided me with footsteps for success. I am confident that I will be successful in my fitness journey because The Ashley Way has provided me with knowledge on nutrition and exercise to target my specific goals. Me and my slimmer waistline thank Ashley so very much!

Honestly I did not think that I could fall in love with the process so much. The Ashley Way gave me all the tools I needed to be successful and continue my success. Ashley is there for you every step of the way no matter what questions you may have. She has truly changed the way I think of eating and fitness. I never thought I’d come this far, but I have and it’s all because of The Ashley Way. it wasn’t easy, it never gets easy but I have gotten a lot stronger! I initially joined because I wanted to lose weight, I had a daily struggle finding clothes to wear that “looked” right. I did not feel comfortable in my own body. Surprisingly I continued for another three months after my original plan ended. I was feeling more confident in myself and I wanted to keep going! Losing weight wasn’t the only interest anymore. I realized a lot about myself and I realized that my excuse of “not having time” was really just that - an excuse. I read a quote from Ashley that sticks with me to this day that said, “ If you want it you’ll find a way” and I did! I started to notice more changes in my body and my mind. Now I look forward to prepping my meals, working out almost daily and completing daily goals. Today I am no longer trying to “look” a certain way, I am working to create a healthy lifestyle!

Already struggling to keep weight off, I gained the dreaded COVID 19 extra pounds, I felt even more defeated. At 55 years of age, I thought there’s no hope because of my metabolism, my age, etc… I had yo-yo’d on diets and although always active, just couldn’t get to the weight I wanted. Lack of accountability and my own self-sabotage contributed. But as I watched my niece go through an amazing transformation, I was really intrigued by it and asked for her trainer’s information. Soon I was on my own path to transformation! Never could I believe that I could accomplish these results! Ashley has shared her wisdom on training and food intake, kept me accountable, and the weekly check in’s help me examine my successes and areas needing improvement. She is always SO positive and helps me see myself through a positive lens and taught me to love my body and taught me to love my body at every stage of this transformation. I’m down to my high school weight but more importantly reduced my body fat, my cholesterol levels, and I’m healthier than ever. It is definitely hard work but finally seeing results from the hard work is SO rewarding and in turn motivating to keep going. Thank you Ashley!!
